How Can severe Hand Pain Along With Blurred Vision Be Treated?

I have aching pain in both hands similar to arthritis. My left eye also waters causing some blurry vision Tylenol arthritis pain reliever helps. I am 66 years old and have arthritis in my knees. Hands do not appear to be swollen. Feels similar to aches and pain before flu sets in.

Hello,

These symptoms may indicate a viral illness (flu), so you can continue taking Tylenol for some other days and also Ibuprofen twice daily for some days. For the watery eye you can use Tobradex 3 times a day.
